POLICIES
- Please plan ahead... Gratuities are no longer accepted on credit cards or checks made out to Spa on the River, Inc. They will be appreciated in cash directly to your technician. Gratuity envelopes are provided.
- Package prices, group bookings or deposits do not include gratuity. 50% Deposit required for groups of 3 or more or to book a Half Day or Full Day Relaxation Package. A 20% gratuity will be added for your convenience on groups of 3 or more. Please be certain all members of the group attend. All deposits are non-refundable.
- A $25.00 surcharge will be added if you require services outside of Spa on the River's normal business hours.
- No cash, credit card or gift certificate refunds.
- Must present gift certificate to receive service.
- For cancellations, as a courtesy to the Spas professional team, kindly give 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge for booked service.
- A deposit will be required at time of booking your reservations.
- Reservations not always necessary; Please call for available appointments.
- Regretfully, we are unable to honor expired gift certificates for service. Expired gift certificates may be redeemed for 25% off retail.
