Rachel S.
Rachel is one of our two guest coordinators who will guide and facilitate your experience at Spa on the River. She has been here for over 3 years. Rachel is a junior at Hobart & William Smith College where she plays lacrosse and is majoring in biology and pre-med. She hopes to become a reconstructive surgeon after attending Upstate Medical University with great encouragement from the team at Spa on the River.
Jacqueline M.
Jacqueline is a certified micro-pigmentation/permanent cosmetic artist. She has been working with plastic surgeons, salon owners, and aesthetic laser hair removal centers for several years.
Jacqueline is also a board certified aesthetician with a vast background in makeup artistry. She has a large array of natural organic colored pigments to suit her client's cosmetic needs. She uses state of the art equipment from Germany with all one-time-use disposable supplies. Heather is an honors graduate from Onodaga School of Therapeutic Massage, and is a licensed massage therapist. She has been with Spa on the River for over three years now and is also one of our guest coordinators. She has experience with relaxing Swedish Massage, Hot and Cold Stone Therapies, Deep Tissue, Body Scrubs and Wraps,and continued her education with Raindrop Therapy. Heather also plans on studying more on Foot Reflexology and Lymph Drainage Massage. Massage is a great way to relieve every day stress and muscle discomfort. In January 2005, Dawn graduated with honors from the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy. She is also certified in foot reflexology. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and foot reflexology are the modalities of massage that Dawn currently provides her clients. However, the list of services is continually growing in order to satisfy her clients needs through continuing education. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Tips she often provides to clients new to massage therapy are: to arrive 10 min. early to your session to settle into the experience; drink plenty of water before and after your session; always stretch throughout your day as it will help prolong the effects of your massage that much longer.

Matt has been a cosmetologist for 4+ years. He graduated with honors receiving a 3.98 average.
