Gratiuities will be appreciated in cash directly to your technician. Gratuity envelopes are provided. Package prices, group bookings or deposits do not include gratuity. 50% Deposit required for groups of 3 or more or to book a Half Day or Full Day Relaxation Package. A 20% gratuity will be added for your convenience on groups of 3 or more. Please be certain all members of the group attend. All deposits are non-refundable. A $50.00 surcharge will be added if you require services outside of Spa on the River's normal business hours. No cash, credit card, or gift card refunds or transferrals. Must present gift card to receive service. Not responsible for lost gift cards. For cancellations, as a courtesy to the Spa's professional team, kindly give 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge of booked services.
