Now, Oscar's strong connection to the fashion world, mastery of cutting and passion for the industry has led Oscar to offer a seminar that provided the latest cuts hitting the runways this coming season. He also introduced healing haircare products - L'ANZA from Goldwell.

Bravo Hair Seminar by
Kiara Bailey a star on the Bravo network hit show BLOWOUT was brought to Central New York by Goldwell of New York to educate local stylists on 5 new haircut trends. Haircuts that in Beverly Hills go for $200 and up, while here at Spa on the River we provide these new trends in hair at a fraction of the price.
