Judith Santimaw’s background in the relaxation and beauty industry is extensive and varied. Starting in 1990 Judy traveled to Beverly Hills, California where she attended the Aesthetics West Expo Conference, where she was featured in ‘Dermascope’ Magazine. Ever since Judy has traveled to numerous places across the country earning numerous rewards.

Nancy B. James is thrilled to be joining the family of Spa on the River in helping to bring peace, beauty and relaxation to all of their clients. She specializes helping everyone that comes to her table find pain and stress relief, peace and balance. Some of her accredited specialties include Migraine relief, Fibromyalgia, Anxiety and Depression, Energy work, Head Neck & Shoulder work and more. She opened her private practice – Harmony Massage in January, 2020 in Camillus and she is so happy now to be joining Spa on the River.
